Microchip Technology MIC2606 Switching Voltage Regulator

Micrel/Microchip Technology MIC2606 Switching Voltage Regulator is a 0.5A, 2MHz 4.5V to 20V wide input range boost regulator with an integrated switch and Schottky diode. This switching voltage regulator implements 2MHz constant frequency PWM current-mode control with 40V adjustable output voltage. The MIC2606 regulator with internal compensation offers excellent transient response and output regulation performance. This voltage regulator comes in an 8-pin MLF leadless package. Typical applications include TV tuners, broadband communications, TFT-LCD bias supplies, and local boost regulators.
