MACOM MAAP-011145-STD 2W Power Amplifier features a temperature-compensated integrated power detector operating from 17.65-19.75GHz. The MACOM MAAP-011145-STD provides 25dB gain, 43dBm OIP3, 2W P1dB and 34.5dBm saturated output power. It's assembled in a 7mm surface mount package.
