KOA Speer HV73 Flat Chip Resistors

KOA Speer HV73 Flat Chip Resistors offer high voltage and a superior maximum working voltage to the RK73 series. KOA Speer HV73 Flat Chip Resistors are available in two case sizes, 1206 and 2010, and a have resistance tolerance of ±1% to ±5%. KOA Speer HV73 Flat Chip Resistors operate in the -55°C to +155°C temperature range. 

KOA Speer has added additional case sizes 0603, 0805, and 2512 to the HV73 Flat Chip Resistor Series.

    • 1J: No marking, black protective coating
    • 2A to 3A: White three-digit marking on black protective coating

  • Products with lead-free terminations meet EU RoHS requirements
  • EU RoHS regulation is not intended for Pb-glass contained in electrode, resistor element, and glass
