Infineon Technologies IRS2976C Time of Flight VGA Sensor
Infineon Technologies IRS2976C Time of Flight (ToF) VGA Sensor represents a performance-enhancing evolution of the previous-generation ToF VGA sensor and is also a novel member of the REAL3™ product family. Infineon IRS2976C ToF VGA Sensor passes Google's Class 3 (Strong) certification for face ID while seamlessly operating under the mobile device's display. The sensor offers 640 x 480 depth points VGA resolution, high quantum efficiency, and the cost-effectiveness of front-side illumination (FSI). Applications include secure authentication for smartphones, payment terminals, and smart door locks. The sensor can also be used for a variety of IoT devices.
