Guerrilla RF GRF4015 High-Linearity Power Amplifier
Guerrilla RF GRF4015 High-Linearity Power Amplifier delivers excellent P1dB, IP3, and Noise Figure (NF) over a wide frequency range with >15% fractional bandwidths. This amplifier offers flexible biasing to achieve optimal linearity and efficiency. The GRF4015 power amplifier can be tuned from 0.7GHz to 9GHz frequency range. This amplifier is used in multi-stage LNA, small cells, cellular repeaters, and microwave backhaul.
