TE Connectivity / Entrelec Pre-Equipped Junction Boxes
TE Connectivity's / Entrelec Pre-Equipped Junction Boxes offer adaptable solutions for managing electrical connections and branching in industrial settings. These boxes facilitate the distribution of power to equipment dispersed throughout installations and buildings. The pre-equipped junction boxes come with pre-mounted and pre-marked Entrelec terminal block assemblies with six or twelve connections, pre-installed cable glands, and multiple cable entry directions. These boxes are available with two technologies (PI-Spring and screw clamp) that allow the user to save up to 50% connection time. The pre-equipped junction boxes feature a 0.22mm² to 4mm² connection capacity and are IP66 rated. Typical applications include machinery, industrial production lines, HVAC, and indoor/outdoor lighting.
The junction boxes with six terminal blocks (1SNS470000Z0206 and 1SNS470000Z0207) feature three cable entries with plastic cable glands. The junction boxes with twelve terminal blocks (1SNS470000Z0208 and 1SNS470000Z0209) feature five cable entries with plastic cable glands. The assembly in these junction boxes is rotated 45° compared to cable gland entries to ease connection. The junction boxes for the connection of one or two small motors (1SNS470000Z0210 and 1SNS470000Z0211) feature three cable entries with plastic cable glands. These junction boxes include 4x2 poles plug-in jumpers.
