Diodes Incorporated PAM8106 10W Audio Amplifier
Diodes Inc. PAM8106 Audio Amplifier is a 10W/Ch stereo class-D audio amplifier with Spread-Spectrum modulation (SSM). This audio amplifier provides low Total Harmonic Distortion plus Noise (THD+N), low Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), and high Power Supply Rejection-Ratio (PSRR) performance for high-quality sound reproduction. The PAM8106 amplifier integrates Non-Clipping Power Limit (NCPL) technology that adjusts the gain and eliminates the output signal clip due to the over-level input signal.
The PAM8106 audio amplifier operates at a 4.5V to 15V supply voltage range and offers high efficiency of up to 92%. This high-performance audio amplifier is fully protected against faults with short circuit protection, thermal shutdown, under-voltage, and DC input protection. Typical applications include consumer audio and portable audio equipment such as gaming stations, LCD monitors/TVs, home sound systems, DVD players, boom boxes, and BLUETOOTH™ speakers.
