Comchip Technology MMSZ52xB-HF Zener Diodes
Comchip Technology MMSZ52xB-HF Zener Diodes are offered in a wide range of Zener voltages, from 2.4V to 75.0V. The MMSZ52xB-HF Diodes have a reverse leakage current range from 0.1µA to 100µA, an impedance range from 5Ω to 270Ω, and a test current range from 1.7mA to 20mA. These devices feature a tight ±5% voltage tolerance and meet MSL level 1, per J-STD-020. The Comchip Technology MMSZ52xB-HF Zener Diodes are housed in low-profile, surface-mount SOD-123 packages, well suited for automated assembly.
