CML Micro EV90G301 Evaluation Board

CML Micro EV90G301 Evaluation Board is configured to evaluate the operation of the CMX90G301 positive gain-slope amplifiers. The CMX90G301 Positive Gain-Slope Amplifiers operate in the 1.4GHz to 7.1GHz frequency range for various wireless applications. The CMX90G301 low-power 50Ω cascadable MMIC gain block offers a positive gain slope of +1dB across the band. This eliminates the requirement for equalization and compensates for increasing system losses with frequency.
