
Azoteq IQS227AS/B & IQS228AS/B Single-Channel Devices
Azoteq IQS227AS/B and IQS228AS/B Single-Channel Touch Devices feature an internal voltage regulator and reference capacitor (Cs). The devices include a dedicated pin or pins for the connection of sense electrodes (Cx) and output pins for proximity and touch events on OUT. The polarity of the output pins can be configured. A one-wire open drain data streaming protocol OR I2C interface is implemented for debugging purposes. Device configuration is determined by one-time programmable (OTP) options. Azoteq IQS227AS/B and IQS228AS/B Single-Channel Touch Devices are ideal for mobile devices, white goods and appliances, proximity-activated backlighting, automotive, and a wide range of other applications.Features
