Apogee Semiconductor ARPS10x0A5 Power Switch ICs are ideal for space, medical imaging, and other applications demanding radiation tolerance and high reliability. The radiation-hardened power switches are fabricated using a BiCMOS process that incorporates proprietary techniques. The Apogee ARPS10x0A5 Power Switch ICs offer high resilience to Single-Event Effects (SEE) and Total Ionizing Dose (TID), which are commonly discovered in both Low Earth Orbit (LEO) and Geostationary Earth Orbit (GEO) environments.
