I convertitori step-down sincroni ad alta efficienza MAX17543/44/45 di Maxim sono convertitori CC-CC step-down sincroni, ad alta tensione e alta efficienza, dotati di doppi MOSFET integrati e operano su un ingresso da 4,5 V a 420 V. Il convertitore può fornire 1,7 A, 2,5 A o 3,5 A e genera tensioni in uscita da 0,9 V fino a 0,9 x VIN. La tensione di feedback (B) offre una precisione di ± 1,1 % da -40 °C a +125 °C. MAX17543/44/45 usa il controllo della modalità a corrente di picco. Il dispositivo può essere utilizzato nella modulazione a durata di impulsi (PWM) o modulazione a frequenza di impulsi (PFM) o in schemi di controllo in modalità discontinua (DCM).
