Gate driver per MOSFET e IGBT a canale N

I gate driver IXYS per MOSFET e IGBT a canale N includono gate driver ad alta tensione e CI di gate driver trifase. Questi dispositivi sono progettati per azionare due MOSFET a canale N o IGBT in una configurazione a mezzo ponte o una configurazione a monte/a valle. La tecnologia ad alta tensione consente al lato a monte di passare a 600 V in un funzionamento bootstrap. I driver forniscono buffer di corrente a impulsi elevati progettati per una conduzione trasversale minima del driver. Le altre caratteristiche includono ingressi logici con capacità di 3,3 V, ingressi logici attivati da Schmitt e protezione da blocco sottotensione (UVLO). I gate driver di IXYS per MOSFET e IGBT a canale N operano in un ampio intervallo di temperature da -40 °C a +125 °C.
