AP7381 Positive Voltage Regulator ICs

Diodes Incorporated AP7381 Positive Voltage Regulator ICs are designed to maximize system run times with an extremely low quiescent current. These AP7381 voltage regulators feature a wide input voltage range, low dropout voltage, high accuracy, excellent line/load regulation, thermal shutdown, and built-in Over-Temperature Protection (OTP). The AP7381 voltage regulators consist of an error amplifier, a resistor network, and a voltage reference for setting the output voltage.
