Il buffer/driver ottale SN74ACT240/SN74ACT240-Q1 con uscite a 3 stati di Texas Instruments è progettato per migliorare le prestazioni e la densità dei driver di indirizzo di memoria a 3 stati, dei ricevitori e trasmettitori orientati al bus e dei driver di clock. Questo buffer/driver include ingressi compatibili con TTL che accettano tensioni fino a 5,5 V. Il buffer/driver SN74ACT240/SN74ACT240-Q1 opera con un range di tensione di alimentazione che va da 4,5 V a 5,5 V CC e offre tpd massimo di 8,5 ns a 5 V. Questo buffer/driver viene utilizzato negli interruttori di rete degli smartphone e nelle applicazioni per salute e fitness. I dispositivi SN74ACT240-Q1 di Texas Instruments sono qualificati AEC-Q100 per le applicazioni automobilistiche.
