P-1Q22CLRP SLIC SIDACtor Protection Thyristors

Littelfuse P-1Q22CLRP Fixed Voltage Thyristors are uni-directional SIDACtor® protection devices designed to protect SLICs (Subscriber Line Interface Circuits) from damaging overvoltage transients. The low-profile components provide single-line protection using a fixed voltage switching component for negative surges. All positive surges are routed through an internal diode to a ground reference. The small size (3.3mm x 3.3mm QFN package) makes it ideal for high-density applications. Surge capability does not degrade after multiple surge events within limit. Littelfuse P-1Q22CLRP thyristors feature low on-state voltage, an integrated diode for positive voltage surges, and fail short circuits when surged in excess of ratings. The components are RoHS-compatible and lead-free.
