Tubi termorestringenti a doppia parete VOLINSU EV

I tubi termorestringenti VOLINSU EV Dual Wall (EVDW) di TE Connectivity (TE) sono progettati per isolare e proteggere i componenti conduttivi ad alta tensione e i cavi per garantire l'affidabilità operativa. I tubi utilizzano un materiale ignifugo con eccellenti proprietà isolanti ed elettriche che ne consentono l'utilizzo su forme semplici o complesse. La serie EVDW è di colore arancione (colore RAL-2003) per soddisfare i requisiti visivi dei veicoli elettrici e presenta un rapporto di restringimento di 3:1. Offre inoltre un'elevata rigidità dielettrica e resiste a severi test ambientali di elevata affidabilità condizionale dopo abrasione, invecchiamento termico e immersione in acqua. Le proprietà elettriche e meccaniche rimangono inalterate dopo 168 ore a +158 °C (secondo ASTM D2671), garantendo una buona stabilità termica. I tubi termorestringenti a doppia parete TE VOLINSU EV sono disponibili in dimensioni compatibili con le dimensioni dei cavi e dei componenti utilizzati nei propulsori dei veicoli elettrici (EV).
