Regolatori di tensione lineari LDO TPS770

I regolatori di tensione lineari a bassa tensione di caduta (LDO) TPS770 di Texas Instruments offrono i vantaggi di una tensione di caduta ridotta, un funzionamento a potenza ultra-bassa e un packaging miniaturizzato. Rispetto ai convenzionali regolatori LDO, questi regolatori presentano bassi voltaggi di caduta di tensione e corrente di riposo ultra bassi. I dispositivi TPS770 sono disponibili in un package SOT-23 a 5 terminali, ideale per applicazioni in cui lo spazio sulla scheda è limitato e le operazioni richiedono una microalimentazione.
