Blocchi a duplice effetto Hall TMAG511x/TMAG511x-Q1

I blocchi a doppio effetto Hall bidimensionali TMAG511x/TMAG511x-Q1 di Texas Instruments funzionano con un'alimentazione da 2,5 V a 38 V. Progettati per applicazioni motoristiche ad alta velocità e ad alta temperatura, questi dispositivi sono ottimizzati per applicazioni che sfruttano magneti rotanti. Integrando due sensori e due catene di segnale separate, il TMAG511x/TMAG511x-Q1 offre due uscite digitali indipendenti, che forniscono il calcolo della velocità e della direzione (TMAG5111) o forniscono direttamente l'uscita digitale di ciascun blocco indipendente (TMAG5110). Questo elevato livello di integrazione consente di utilizzare un unico dispositivo TMAG511x/TMAG511x-Q1 invece di due blocchi separati.
