Regolatori di tensione lineari a basso dropout (LDO) TPS731

I regolatori di tensione lineari a basso dropout (LDO) TPS731 della Texas Instruments utilizzano una topologia con un elemento di passaggio NMOS in configurazione di follower di tensione. Questa topologia è stabile grazie all'impiego di condensatori in uscita con un'equivalente resistenza in serie bassa (ESR), e consente persino il funzionamento senza un condensatore. Il dispositivo fornisce inoltre una corrente di uscita dal pin di massa che è quasi costante per tutti i valori di corrente di uscita, e un elevato blocco inverso (bassa corrente inversa).
