Regolatori lineari di tensione positiva UA78L

I regolatori lineari di tensione positiva UA78L di Texas Instruments sono progettati per varie applicazioni. La serie UA78L può essere utilizzata per la regolazione su scheda al fine di eliminare i problemi di rumore e distribuzione associati alla regolazione a singolo punto. L'UA78L può anche essere utilizzato con elementi di passaggio di potenza per creare regolatori di tensione ad alta corrente. La serie di regolatori UA78L può fornire fino a 100 mA di corrente di uscita. Inoltre, l'UA78L non necessita di un condensatore esterno per un funzionamento stabile nell'intervallo di corrente di carico. Le funzionalità di limitazione di corrente interna e di spegnimento termico di questi regolatori aiutano a proteggere il dispositivo dal sovraccarico.
