TJA1421/TJA1425 ricetrasmettitori LIN singoli quadrupli

I transceiver LIN singoli e quadrupli TJA1421/TJA1425 di NXP Semiconductors forniscono interfacce a livello fisico per sottoreti automobilistiche e industriali basate su LIN, supportando al contempo la connessione diretta a moderni microcontrollori a 1,8 V, 3,3 V e 5 V. Entrambi i dispositivi sono conforme a LIN 2.x, SAE J2602 e ISO 17987-4:2016 per sistemi LIN a 12V ed entrambi privilegiano un comportamento di standby o sospensione a bassa potenza con supporto al risveglio per progetti di nodi attenti al risparmio energetico.
