IC di gestione dell'alimentazione (PMIC) automotive TPS650352-Q1

Il circuito integrato di gestione dell'alimentazione automotive (PMIC) di Texas Instruments TPS650352-Q1 è un PMIC altamente integrato per moduli di telecamere per il settore automobilistico. Questo dispositivo combina un regolatore a basso dropout (LDO) e tre convertitori step-down. Per le connessioni al Power over Coax (PoC), il convertitore step-down BUCK1 ha un intervallo di tensione in ingresso fino a 18,3 V. Ogni convertitore opera in modalità PWM a frequenza fissa forzata. L'LDO funziona con un intervallo di tensione in ingresso da 2,5 V a 5,5 V e può erogare 300 mA. L'LDO e i convertitori step-down dispongono di ingressi di tensione separati, consentendo la massima flessibilità nella progettazione e nella sequenziazione.
