The low-noise FETs and amplifier ICs offer better RF performance than other pHEMTs. Target markets for the devices include Digital Broadcast Systems (DBS), Low Noise Block (LNB) downconverters, and Very Small Aperture Terminal Satellite (VSAT) communication systems.
