MCU dual-core TMS320F2837xD Delfino

I microcontroller a doppio nucleo Delfino TMS320F2837xD di Texas Instruments sono unità microcontroller a virgola mobile (MCU) a 32 bit progettate per applicazioni avanzate di controllo a circuito chiuso. Queste possono includere unità industriali e controllo servomotore; invertitori e convertitori solari, alimentazione digitale, trasporti e comunicazioni di linee elettriche. Il F2837xD supporta una nuova architettura dual-core C28x che migliora significativamente le prestazioni del sistema e le periferiche analogiche e di controllo integrate. Ciò consente ai progettisti di consolidare le architetture di controllo ed eliminare l’uso di multiprocessori nei sistemi di fascia alta. Questa famiglia comprende due coprocessori di controllo in tempo reale CLA. CLA è un processore a virgola mobile indipendente a 32 bit che opera alla stessa velocità della CPU principale. Il CLA risponde ai trigger periferici ed esegue il codice simultaneamente con la CPU C28x principale. Questa capacità di elaborazione parallela può effettivamente raddoppiare le prestazioni computazionali di un sistema di controllo in tempo reale.
