Dispositivi di protezione contro le sovratensioni BQ2945xy

I dispositivi di protezione contro le sovratensioni BQ2945xy di Texas Instruments sono monitor e protezioni di tensione di livello secondario per sistemi di batterie agli ioni di litio. Ogni cella sul BQ2945xy è monitorata singolarmente per rilevare le condizioni di sovratensione. Inoltre, la configurazione sui dispositivi agevola l'attivazione dell'uscita dopo un ritardo fisso se una delle due o tre celle presenta una condizione di sovratensione. Questa uscita viene avviata in uno stato elevato dopo che una condizione di sovratensione soddisfa il temporizzatore di ritardo specificato.
