Regolatori di tensione lineari LDO TPS7E82 e TPS7E82-Q1

I regolatori di tensione lineari a basso drop-out (LDO) TPS7E82 e TPS7E82-Q1 della Texas Instruments sono dispositivi a bassa corrente di riposo e supportano un ampio intervallo di tensione in ingresso da 3 V a 40 V. L'ampia portata di uscita va da 1,2 V a 38 V per la configurazione regolabile, 1,8 V a 12 V per la configurazione fissa, ed è supportata una corrente di carico fino a 300 mA. Con una corrente di riposo di soli 2,8 µA a vuoto, il dispositivo è progettato per alimentare microcontrollori e altri carichi a bassa potenza in applicazioni alimentate a batteria.
