Diodes Incorporated AH37x Hall-Effect Sensors

Diodes Inc. AH37x Hall-Effect Sensors are high-voltage, high-sensitivity Hall Effect latch ICs designed for commutation of brushless DC motors, flow meters, linear encoders and position sensors in industrial and consumer home appliances and personal care applications. The sensors are optimized to operate over the supply range of 3.0V to 28V to support a wide range of demanding applications. The AH37x provides a reliable solution over the whole operating range.
