Infineon Technologies PSOC™ 4100 Arm® Cortex®-M0 & M0+ MCUs

Infineon Technologies PSOC™ 4100 Arm® Cortex®-M0 and M0+ Microcontrollers (MCUs) add intelligent analog to the PSOC 4 microcontroller architecture through programmable analog blocks. These MCUs feature CAPSENSE™ technology. The PSOC 4100 hardware modules enable easy and quick creation of custom Analog Front Ends (AFEs) and signal conditioning circuits with opamps and filters. A PSOC 4100 MCU option is available with integrated BLE connectivity as well.

    • Up to 48MHz CPU speed
    • Up to 256KB Flash, 32KB SRAM
    • Real-time clock with Watch Crystal Oscillator (WCO)
