Interruttori di carico da 5,5 V 2 A TPS229xx

Gli interruttori di carico da 5,5 V 2 A TPS229xx di Texas Instruments sono interruttori di carico di piccole dimensioni a canale singolo e basso RON con controllo della velocità di risposta. Ogni dispositivo contiene un MOSFET a canale N che può operare su un intervallo di tensione di ingresso compreso tra 1,05 V e 5,5 V ed è in grado di supportare una corrente continua massima di 2 A. Questi interruttori sono controllati da un ingresso on/off in grado di interfacciarsi direttamente con i segnali di controllo a bassa tensione. Le dimensioni ridotte e il basso RON rendono questi dispositivi ideali per l'uso in spazi ristretti, in particolare nelle applicazioni con alimentazione a batteria. L'ampio intervallo di tensione di ingresso degli interruttori li rende una soluzione versatile e adatta per molti diversi terminali. Il tempo di incremento controllato di questi dispositivi riduce notevolmente la corrente di spunto causata dalle ingenti capacità di carico, riducendo o eliminando i cali di potenza. Il TPS22915 riduce ulteriormente le dimensioni totali della soluzione grazie a un resistore pull down da 143 Ω che consente una scarica in uscita rapida (QOD, Quick Output Discharge) quando l'interruttore viene spento.
