I resistori ad avvolgimento con conduttori cementati CA di Vishay / Draloric presentano un robusto rivestimento in cemento siliconico in grado di gestire condizioni ambientali e operative difficili. I resistori ad avvolgimento CA sono ideali per applicazioni di alimentazione generiche. Le applicazioni tipiche includono, a titolo esemplificativo ma non esaustivo, contatori elettrici, alimentatori e dispositivi elettronici per il settore automobilistico. Per una data applicazione, è possibile presentare i requisiti di valore ohmico, la potenza nominale, la tensione di picco, la forma degli impulsi, la durata degli impulsi, la piegatura del piombo e le condizioni ambientali al fine di consigliare il prodotto più adatto. Sono disponibili anche diverse forme di conduttori come RT (nastro radiale), WSZ (forma a Z), DK (piegatura doppia), EK (piegatura singola) con passo del supporto definito.
