Vinculum-II Evaluation & Development Modules

FTDI Vinculum-II (VNC2) Evaluation and Development Modules are a range of tools that support the new Vinculum-II (VNC2) USB Host / Slave Controller IC. The FTDI V2-EVAL is a complete evaluation and prototyping platform for the VNC2. The VNC2 is accessed via an onboard daughterboard module enabling support for 32, 48, and 64-pin QFN package types. The FTDI V2DIP1 and V2DIP2 are VNC2 based development modules with a single USB connector (V2DIP1) or two USB connectors (V2DIP2). The Vinco Ethernet RTC MP3 Shield (VSHLD-EMR) is designed to connect directly to the FTDI Vinco development PCB (V2-EVAL). These modules are targeted for prototyping with the VNC2 and for application integration to enable USB capability within a finished product design.
