The wire splice connectors utilize a metal retention clip for a single size 16 pin and socket contact. Amphenol Aerospace 48 Series Wire Splice Connectors use a standard M39029 / 31-229 pin and M39029 / 32-248 socket contact and incorporate an environmental sealing grommet. The 48 series is ideal for use in a variety of applications.
