DLPT05 ESD Suppressors

Diodes Inc. DLPT05 ESD Suppressors are surface mount Zener diodes with planar die construction and an ultra-small surface mount package. These devices are available in .25W and .5W. These Zener diodes meet AEC-Q101 standards for high reliability; moisture sensitivity of Level 1 per J-STD-020C; and terminals are solderable per MIL-STD-202, method 208.
