Oscillatori BAW in uscita LVCMOS CDC6C/CDC6C-Q1

Gli oscillatori BAW con uscita LVCMOS CDC6C/CDC6C-Q1 di Texas Instruments integrano la tecnologia a micro-risonatore direttamente in un package, consentendo circuiti di clock a basso jitter. Come altri processi di fabbricazione basati su silicio, BAW è completamente progettato e fabbricato negli stabilimenti TI. I dispositivi CDC6C-Q1 sono oscillatori a frequenza fissa che incorporano il BAW come sorgente risonante. Questi oscillatori sono progettati per clock di riferimento e clock di sistema in applicazioni per il settore automobilistico.
