The components provide a cost-effective through-hole solution that enables equipment to comply with global regulatory standards. Surge capability does not degrade after multiple surge events within limit. The P-0G-LRP thyristors from Littelfuse feature low voltage overshoot, low on-state voltage, low capacitance, and fail short circuits when surged in excess of ratings. The D0-15 components are RoHS-compliant, lead-free, and halogen-free.
