Convertitori Boost/SEPIC/invertitori a basso IQ LT8365

I convertitori Boost/SEPIC/di inversione a basso IQ LT8365 di Analog Devices Inc. presentano un funzionamento di commutazione 1,5 A e 150 V da un ingresso da 2,8 V a 60 V. I convertitori presentano  un’esclusiva architettura pin a feedback singolo in grado di creare  configurazioni boost, SEPIC o di inversione. Il funzionamento Burst Mode  consuma fino a 9µA di corrente di riposo per  mantenere un’elevata efficienza a basse correnti di uscita, mantenendo l’ondulazione di uscita tipica al di sotto di 15 mV.
