Convertitori step-down TPS62850x/TPS62850x-Q1

I convertitori step-down TPS62850x/TPS62850x-Q1 di Texas Instruments sono una famiglia di convertitori CC/CC step-down sincroni pin-to-pin da 1 A e 2 A ad alta efficienza e facili da usare. Questi convertitori si basano su una topologia di controllo della modalità di corrente di picco. La frequenza di commutazione è regolabile esternamente da 1,8 MHz a 4 MHz e può anche essere sincronizzata con un clock esterno nello stesso intervallo di frequenze. Nella modalità PWM/PFM, il TPS62850x/TPS62850x-Q1 entra automaticamente in modalità di risparmio energetico con carichi leggeri, per mantenere un'elevata efficienza nell'intero intervallo di carico. Questi convertitori offrono un'accuratezza dell'1% della tensione di uscita in modalità PWM, che consente di progettare un alimentatore con un'elevata accuratezza della tensione di uscita. I dispositivi TPS62850x-Q1 sono conformi allo standard AEC-Q100 per applicazioni nel settore automobilistico. I convertitori sono utilizzati negli azionamenti dei motori, nell'automazione degli edifici e nei POL per uso generico.
