MTE5901x Visible Emitters

Marktech Optoelectronics MTE5901x Visible Emitters are designed for applications requiring high output power and offer 600nm peak emission wavelength. These emitters are packaged to optimize mechanical and optical alignment. The MTE5901x visible emitters are optimized for operation with photodiodes. These emitters feature high output, high reliability, wide beam angle, and a TO-18 metal can package. The MTE5901x visible emitters operate at 100mA forward current, 5V reverse voltage, 300mW power dissipation, and -20°C to 80°C temperature range. These emitters are ideally used in industrial equipment, medical, machine vision, and currency validation.
