Regolatori step-down LM25017/8/9 48 V

I regolatori step-down LM25017/LM25018/LM25019 diTexas Instruments sono regolatori step-down sincroni da 48 V con lato alto integrato e MOSFET con lato basso. Lo schema di controllo COT (tempo di servizio costante) impiegato nei dispositivi LM25017/LM25018/LM25019 di TI non richiede alcuna compensazione dell'anello, fornisce un'eccellente risposta ai transienti e permette rapporti di step-down molto bassi. Il periodo di accensione varia inversamente con la tensione di ingresso risultante in una frequenza pressoché costante per tutta la gamma di tensione di ingresso. Un regolatore di avvio ad alta tensione fornisce energia di polarizzazione per il funzionamento interno del CI e di gate driver integrati. Un circuito di limitazione della corrente di picco protegge da condizioni di sovraccarico. Il circuito di blocco della sottotensione (UVLO) consente di programmare autonomamente la soglia minima di tensione di ingresso e di isteresi. Altre funzioni di protezione includono esclusione termica e blocco della sottotensione della polarizzazione elettrica (UVLO VCC).
