Smart Boxes

EAO Smart Boxes are simple and customizable "snap-on, plug-and-play" solutions for operator devices in industrial environments. These boxes include on/off, up/down, or emergency stop functions in CNC machines or semiconductor production. The smart boxes can be seamlessly implemented with compatible EAO actuators and indicators, especially the Series 84 illuminated pushbuttons and emergency stop switches. Robust construction combined with front protection of up to IP67 enables reliable switching even ranging from -25°C to +70°C. Typical applications include CNC milling, lathing, grinding/drilling equipment, semiconductor/electronics production, textile production, industrial lifting, pharmaceuticals, and production lines.
