Il regolatore lineare con dropout minimo e IQ ultrabasso TPS727xx di Texas Instruments è un LDO a corrente di riposo ultrabassa ed eccellenti prestazioni di linea e dei transitori di carico, ideale per le applicazioni sensibili alla potenza. Il livello di tensione di uscita dell'LDO è preimpostato in fabbrica tramite un'innovativa programmazione EEPROM. Un amplificatore di errore e di banda di precisione assicura una precisione complessiva del 2% sui valori estremi di temperatura, linea e carico. La serie TPS727xx è disponibile in package SON e wafer chip-scale (WCSP) da 1,5 mm × 1,5 mm, rendendo questi dispositivi ideali per le applicazioni portatili. Tutta la serie è conforme alla gamma di temperature industriali compresa tra TJ = da -40 °C a +125 °C.
