MPM54313 16V Triple 3A Power Modules

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPM54313 16V Triple 3A Power Modules are fully integrated power modules with three 3A outputs with an I²C interface. The Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPM54313 modules include power-on/-off sequencing control, configurable soft start, compensation, and various protection thresholds. The devices' constant-on-time (COT) control ensures a fast transient response. The output voltage (V_OUT) can be adjusted using the I²C bus or preset via multiple-time programmable (MTP) memory. The power on/off sequence is also configurable through MTP or controllable via the I²C bus in real-time.
