TLMx2100 SMD MiniLED

The Vishay Semiconductor TLMx2100 SMD MiniLED family provides compact, high-power solutions for demanding automotive and industrial applications. The Vishay Semiconductor TLMx2100 MiniLED is available in all typical wavelengths from 465 nm to 630 nm and provides exceptionally bright illumination at 10 mA and 20 mA. TLMx2100 color options include super red, orange, yellow, green, pure green, and blue. These Vishay Semiconductor LEDs are embedded in a small white EIA- and ICE-standard package measuring 2.3 mm by 1.3 mm by 1.4 mm and reduce thermal resistance to a minimum. These LEDs feature a 120° angle of intensity and a non-diffused lens that facilitates coupling to light pipes.
