Driver/ricevitore di linea da 1 Mbit/s RS-232 TRSF3232E

Il driver/ricevitore di linea TRSF3232E RS-232 da 1Mbit/s di Texas Instruments è composto da due driver di linea, due ricevitori di linea e un doppio circuito di pompa di carica. Il dispositivo è dotato di pin di protezione ESD ±15 kV (pin di connessione a porta seriale, incluso GND). Questo dispositivo fornisce l'interfaccia elettrica tra un controller di comunicazione asincrona e il connettore della porta seriale. La pompa di carica e quattro piccoli condensatori esterni consentono il funzionamento da una singola alimentazione da 3 V a 5,5 V. Il TRSF3232E di Texas Instruments opera a velocità di trasmissione dati fino a 1Mbit/s e a una velocità di risposta dell’uscita del driver da 14 V/µs a 150 V/µs.
