Motion SPM® 45 Modules

onsemi Motion Smart Power Modules (SPM^®) 45 are advanced motion modules that provide a very compact and high-performance inverter solution for AC Motor Drives. These modules combine low-loss short-circuit rated IGBTs and optimized gate drivers in a fully isolated package to deliver a simple and robust design. The SPM 45 modules offer high-speed built-in High Voltage Integrated Circuit (HVIC) that provides optocoupler-less single-supply IGBT gate driving capability.
