NCP187 1.2A Low Dropout Linear Voltage Regulator

onsemi NCP187 1.2A Low Dropout (LDO) Linear Voltage Regulator features an extremely low quiescent current, typically 30A over the full temperature range. The NCP187 also offers high stability, low output noise, and a 75dB at 1kHz Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR). This device incorporates several protection features such as thermal shutdown, soft start, current limiting, and also power good output signal for easy MCU interfacing.
