iW-RainboW-G36M Zynq Ultrascale+ SOMs

iWave Global iW-RainboW-G36M Zynq Ultrascale+ SOMs are designed for high-performance computing. The iWave Global iW-RainboW-G36M SOMs feature compatibility with AMD Xilinx’s ZU5/ZU4/ZU3T/ZU3/ZU2/ZU1 Zynq Ultrascale+ MPSoC devices. The devices include 2GB of 64-bit PS DDR4 RAM and 2GB of 16-bit PL DDR4 RAM, both upgradable for enhanced performance. The modules offer four high-speed transceiver lanes supporting up to 12.5Gb/s, a 16GB eMMC flash (also upgradable), an integrated Gigabit Ethernet PHY, and a USB 2.0 transceiver. The SOMs support either RGMII or ULPI interfaces for versatile connectivity.
