Driver LED a commutazione non sincrona TPS92205x

I driver LED non sincroni TPS92205x di Texas Instruments hanno un ampio intervallo di ingresso da 4,5 V a 65 V. Integrando l'interruttore NMOS low-side, i dispositivi possono pilotare LED e carica batterie con alta potenza e alta efficienza. Questi dispositivi sono disponibili con limiti di corrente tipici di 1,5 A (TPS922050), 3 A (TPS922051, TPS922052 e TPS922053) e 6 A (TPS922054 e TPS922055). Il TPS92205x supporta anche la connessione ad anodo comune e la progettazione di PCB a strato singolo. La frequenza di commutazione è configurabile da 100 kHz a 2,2 MHz con una funzione opzionale di spettro espanso per migliori prestazioni EMI.
