Il MOSFET di potenza STripFET™ risultante presenta la corrente elevata e la bassa R_DS(on) richieste dalle applicazioni di switch dei settori automobilistici e industriali, come il controllo motori, UPS, i convertitori CC/CC, i vaporizzatori riscaldatori a induzione e i pannelli solari. I MOSFET di potenza STMicroelectronics STripFET™ hanno una bassissima carica del gate di commutazione, robustezza elevata, basse perdite di potenza del gate drive e alta densità di potenza. Questi MOSFET di potenza STripFET™ offrono i valori di R_DS(on) 30 V - 150 V fra i più bassi del mercato.
